Industry Placement is a period of employment in an establishment to enhance your skills and experience and provide opportunities for the application of theory to the world of work.

For internships in Malaysia, support is provided through the whole process of CV review and interview. As soon as a potential employer confirms interest an interview is organized. Students are given information about the workplace and briefed for the interview. SHTCA will try to provide you with a suitable place according to your selection criteria. However, the school does not guarantee a place of your choice for industry placement nor any particular position during your industry placement. In the event your selection criteria do not match up with the list, SHTCA reserve the right to place you in any alternative establishment.
